I started my career in customer care in the airline industry. It was at Virgin Atlantic where I learnt the value of listening and treating internal and external customers with respect, honesty and care . After 9/11 I became involved in security and owned an ADT Security Dealership which was a sales driven environment. I am passionate about people and most of my sales and rentals come from referrals and repeat business. I love people and strive to make certain that my engagements are a fun experience for my clients. I believe they deserve to be educated, informed and stress-free during the process of securing or selling their home. I love animals and I never say no to a glass of good red wine or a spontaneous holiday.
