I recently bought my first home, and Quentin was quite literally the best agent I could have asked for to see me through this process. He was extremely well informed on all the properties he showed me, always able to answer all my questions. When searching for properties I wasn’t sure what I would want in terms of a ground floor unit or an upstairs unit, a two or three bedroom unit, etc - Quentin explained the pros on cons of all in detail, and he was not only concerned with making the sale now, but thoroughly informing me of the resale value I would get and the ease of selling I would have in the future. Essentially, he made sure I knew EVERYTHING before deciding to put in an offer. I was unfamiliar with the process, as it was my first time purchasing a property, but Quentin was patient in answering all my questions, stupid or not. Like I said, being a first-time buyer, Quentin was really the best agent I could have asked for. I highly recommend him. Not only will you get the best agent, but you’ll feel like you gained a friend in the process (you’ll know when you feel his contagious excitement for you once the transfer goes through)
